Dee Cee Labs Review

I’ve been using several Dee Cee Laboratories’ products for more than a couple of months already and it made we wonder where these products are being manufactured. It’s quite interesting to know that they are all made in the US, which removes any doubt about its quality and safety. But where exactly is Dee Cee Lab located and how do they make such great products? Here’s what I found out.

Dee Cee Labs manufacturing plant is in WhiteHouse, Tennessee.  The space it occupies is huge, housing a 40,000-square foot facility where all the processes needed for manufacturing its products are being carried out. Because the company is producing supplements and other health and wellness products, it always prioritizes the consumer’s total well-being. This is also the reason that it is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and machines to produce the best products in the market.

The process in manufacturing their products is an extensive kind. Since the company ensures that every single item it produces is of quality, it makes sure that every product is monitored by their Food Scientists and Quality Control Staff. These personnel inspect the raw materials as soon as these are brought to the facility.

In fact, there is a series of quality check being carried out. Right after the initial checking of raw materials, these are then brought to their special lab for another round of analysis. These inspections include Physical Appearance, Microbiology, Moisture, Density, and Particle size. Every ingredient is tested for total Plate Count, E. coli, Salmonella and Yeast/Mold to ensure it is safe. Many of these processes may sound too technical and scientific but that is because Dee Cee Lab is serious when it comes to the quality. That’s really very comforting to know.

When these raw materials passed all these tests, then these are taken to the warehouse for future production.  The process doesn’t actually end there. It’s is just the beginning. After those tests, all raw materials are kept in a warehouse where the climate is controlled before they are taken to the production area. This production area is equally safe because it is controlled by the automated climate control system. What’s more is that a computer controlled, automated system regulate the environment of storage, preparation and production areas.  Everything is done very delicately.

If you’re not impressed yet, you have to know this then. The packaging department has all the personnel carry out Good Manufacturing Practices and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). It means that the packaging procedures comply with the government standards. That for me is very essential. It tells a lot about the sincerity of the company in providing the public with reliable and effective health products. It’s more than enough for me.
